Idaho Code § 42-4015 — Statutory Construction.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 40 GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES ACT 42-4015. Statutory construction. Whenever the masculine gender is used in this act it shall read as the masculine, feminine, or neuter genders as may be appropriate; the singular form shall also be read as referring to the plural form wherever it is appropriate to do so.
