Idaho Code § 42-3504 — Remuneration And Expenses Of Bear River Compact Commissioners.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 35 COMMISSIONS TO ADMINISTER COMPACTS 42-3504. Remuneration and expenses of Bear River Compact commissioners. The remuneration and expenses of the commissioners shall be fixed by the governor. The remuneration and expenses of the commissioners and the share of the state of Idaho in the expenses of the Bear River Commission shall be appropriated by the legislature to the department of water resources for these purposes.
