Idaho Code § 42-3224 — Conduct Of Election — Canvass Of Returns.

TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 32 WATER AND SEWER DISTRICTS 42-3224. Conduct of election — Canvass of returns. The election board or boards shall conduct the election in the manner prescribed by law for the holding of general elections, including chapter 14, title 34 , Idaho Code, and shall make their returns to the secretary of the district, provided that precincts shall be as provided in section 42-3207 , Idaho Code. At any regular or special meeting of the board held within ten (10) days following the date of such election, the returns thereof shall be canvassed and the results thereof declared.
