Idaho Code § 42-2938 — Construction And Maintenance Of Drainage Works — Executive Powers Of Commissioners.

TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 29 DRAINAGE DISTRICTS 42-2938. Construction and maintenance of drainage works — Executive powers of commissioners. Said board of drainage commissioners hereinbefore provided for shall have the exclusive charge of the construction and maintenance of all drainage systems which heretofore have been or may be hereafter organized under the provisions of this chapter, and shall be the executive officers thereof, with full power to bind such district by their acts in the performance of their duties as provided by law.
