Idaho Code § 42-2907 — Action On Petition — Notice Of Hearing.

TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 29 DRAINAGE DISTRICTS 42-2907. Action on petition — Notice of hearing. After the filing of said petition the judge of the court shall fix a time for the hearing of said petition by order made by him, which order shall provide that said petition be published for at least three (3) successive weeks in some weekly newspaper or newspapers, printed and published in said county or counties in which the lands are situated, and in case no such paper is published in such county, then in some paper of general circulation therein; together with a notice of the time and place at which said judge will consider said petition.
