Idaho Code § 42-2031 — Record Of Certificate Of Sale.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 20 RECLAMATION OF CAREY ACT LANDS 42-2031. Record of certificate of sale. Upon issuing any certificate of sale it shall be the duty of the sheriff to file for record in the office of the recorder of the county where such land is situated, a certified copy of such certificate of sale.
