Idaho Code § 42-2028 — Foreclosure Of Lien.
TITLE 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION CHAPTER 20 RECLAMATION OF CAREY ACT LANDS 42-2028. Foreclosure of lien. Upon default of any of the deferred payments secured by any lien under the provisions of this chapter, the person, company of persons, association or incorporated company, holding or owning said lien, may foreclose the same according to the terms and conditions of the contract granting and selling to the settler the water right.
