Idaho Code § 41-905 — Advertising — Approval.
TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 9 INSURANCE ADMINISTRATORS 41-905. advertising — approval. An administrator may use only advertising pertaining to the business underwritten by an insurer that has been approved in writing by the insurer in advance of its use. Prior to approving the use of advertising by an administrator, the insurer shall first file the advertising with the director along with a certification in a form prescribed by the director that the advertising complies with Idaho law. The director may disapprove the use of the advertising on any of the grounds set forth in section 41-1813 , Idaho Code.
