Idaho Code § 41-720 — Savings And Share Accounts.

TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 7 INVESTMENTS 41-720. Savings and share accounts. An insurer may invest or deposit any of its funds in time certificates or share or savings accounts of banks, savings and loan associations and credit unions; provided, however, that funds may be deposited in any one (1) such savings and loan association or credit union only to the extent that such an account is insured by either the federal savings and loan insurance corporation or the national credit union insurance fund.
