Loss Reserves, Liability Insurance And Worker’S Compensation

TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 6 ASSETS AND LIABILITIES 41-609. Loss reserves, liability insurance and worker’s compensation. Where called for by the form of annual statement required of the insurer, the reserve for outstanding losses under insurance against loss or damage from accident to or injuries suffered by an employee or other person and for which the insured is liable, shall be computed in accordance with the annual statement instructions and the accounting and procedures manual adopted by the national association of insurance commissioners, as provided in section 41-335 , Idaho Code.
