TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 60 IMMUNIZATION ASSESSMENTS [EFFECTIVE UNTIL JULY 1, 2029] 41-6008. rulemaking authority. [EFFECTIVE UNTIL JULY 1, 2029] Upon consultation with the board, the director shall have the authority to promulgate rules necessary to implement this chapter.
