Idaho Code § 41-5915 — Funding Of External Review.
TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 59 IDAHO HEALTH CARRIER EXTERNAL REVIEW ACT 41-5915. funding of external review. The health carrier against which a request for a standard external review or an expedited external review is filed shall pay the reasonable cost of the independent review organization for conducting the external review.
