Idaho Code § 41-5110 — Examination Authority.
TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 51 REINSURANCE INTERMEDIARY ACT 41-5110. Examination authority. (1) A reinsurance intermediary shall be subject to examination by the director. The director shall have access to all books, bank accounts and records of the reinsurance intermediary in a form usable to the director. (2) A RM may be examined as if it were the reinsurer.
