Idaho Code § 41-3931 — Participation In Idaho Life And Health Insurance Guaranty Association.

TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 39 MANAGED CARE REFORM 41-3931. Participation in Idaho life and health insurance guaranty association. (1) Each organization offering a managed care plan for which a certificate of authority is required under this chapter shall, as a condition of its authority to offer managed care plans in this state, be a member insurer of the Idaho life and health insurance guaranty association established under chapter 43, title 41 , Idaho Code. (2)  The director may take such actions and promulgate such rules as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of this section.
