Idaho Code § 41-3820 — Receivership.

TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 38 ACQUISITIONS OF CONTROL AND INSURANCE HOLDING COMPANY SYSTEMS 41-3820. Receivership. Whenever it appears to the director that any person has committed a violation of the provisions of this chapter that so impairs the financial condition of a domestic insurer as to threaten insolvency or make its further transaction of business hazardous to its policyholders, creditors, shareholders or the public, the director may proceed as provided in chapter 33, title 41 , Idaho Code, to take possession of the property of the domestic insurer and to conduct its business in the capacity of a receiver.
