Idaho Code § 41-332 — Foreign Insurers Exempt From Corporation Laws Governing Admission Of Foreign Corporations.

TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 3 AUTHORIZATION OF INSURERS AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 41-332. Foreign insurers exempt from corporation laws governing admission of foreign corporations. A foreign insurer authorized to transact insurance in this state and fully complying with this code shall be exempt from complying with the provisions of sections 30-21-501 through 30-21-512 , Idaho Code.
