Idaho Code § 41-2902 — “Reciprocal Insurer” Defined.

TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 29 RECIPROCAL INSURERS 41-2902. "Reciprocal insurer" defined. A "reciprocal insurer" means an unincorporated aggregation of subscribers operating individually and collectively through an attorney in fact to provide reciprocal insurance among themselves. When all participants in a reciprocal insurer are political subdivisions of the state of Idaho, such interexchange may be accomplished by a joint exercise of powers agreement pursuant to chapter 23, title 67 , Idaho Code.
