Idaho Code § 41-225 — Obstruction Of Examination — Penalty.
TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 2 THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE 41-225. Obstruction of examination — Penalty. Any individual who wilfully obstructs the director or his examiner in the conduct of any examination authorized by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 41-117 (general penalty).
