Idaho Code § 41-1610 — Subsequent Disapproval Of Filing.

TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 16 WORKER’S COMPENSATION RATES 41-1610. Subsequent disapproval of filing. If any time subsequent to the applicable review period provided for in section 41-1608 (2), Idaho Code, the director finds that a filing does not meet the requirements of this chapter, he shall after a hearing held in accordance with chapter 2, title 41 , Idaho Code, to every rating organization which made the filing, issue an order specifying in what respects he finds that the filing fails to meet the requirements of this chapter, and stating when, within a reasonable period thereafter, the filing shall be deemed no longer effective. Copies of the order shall be sent to every such rating organization. The order shall not affect any contract or policy made or issued prior to the expiration of the period set forth in the order.
