Idaho Code § 41-1039A — Notice.
TITLE 41 INSURANCE CHAPTER 10 PRODUCER LICENSING 41-1039A. notice. In the event that the director revokes or suspends a bail agent’s license or a surety’s certificate of authority, or lifts such revocation or suspension, the director shall immediately notify all judicial district trial court administrators and all sureties with whom the agent is appointed of the effective date of such revocation or suspension or of the lifting of such revocation or suspension.
