Idaho Code § 40-713 — Expenditure And Applicability Of Funds.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 7 APPROPRIATIONS 40-713. Expenditure and applicability of funds. The commissioners and the board of commissioners of each highway district are empowered to expend all or any portion of moneys received by them from the highway distribution account, in cooperation with the state of Idaho or the United States, or both, in the construction of highways or bridges.
