Idaho Code § 40-706 — Disposition Of Motor Vehicle Registration Money.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 7 APPROPRIATIONS 40-706. Disposition of motor vehicle registration money. All moneys collected in any county from the registration of motor vehicles, trailers and semitrailers shall be forwarded to the state treasurer not later than the fifteenth day of the month following the calendar month in which the moneys were collected, and the state treasurer shall then pay the moneys collected into the highway distribution account, unless otherwise provided by law.
