Idaho Code § 40-407 — Remedy.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 4 IDAHO TURNPIKE AUTHORITY 40-407. Remedy. The only remedy available to any holder of bonds, or any of the coupons appertaining to them, and the trustee under any trust agreement, except to the extent the rights given may be restricted by a trust agreement, shall be to the particular turnpike project account and not against the state or any of its political subdivisions. A statement to this effect shall be printed on the face of all turnpike revenue bonds and any attached coupons.
