Idaho Code § 40-316 — Powers And Duties — Reports.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 3 IDAHO TRANSPORTATION BOARD 40-316. Powers and duties — Reports. The board shall: (1) Make annually, on or before December 1 of each year and at other times as the governor may require, reports in writing to the governor concerning the condition, management and financial transactions of the department.
