Idaho Code § 40-2210 — Validity Of Outstanding Bonds And Warrants Not Affected.

TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 22 DETACHMENT OF TERRITORY BY PETITION AND ORGANIZATION OF NEW DISTRICT 40-2210. Validity of outstanding bonds and warrants not affected. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as impairing the validity of any bonds or warrants of a highway district outstanding at the time of the detachment of any territory.
