Idaho Code § 40-2203 — Order For Hearing Upon Petition.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 22 DETACHMENT OF TERRITORY BY PETITION AND ORGANIZATION OF NEW DISTRICT 40-2203. Order for hearing upon petition. Immediately upon its next regular meeting or at a special meeting called for that purpose, the highway district commissioners shall by order or resolution fix a time and place for a hearing of the petition, which time shall not be less than twenty-one (21) days from and after the date of the first publication of the notice of the petition and of the hearing.
