Idaho Code § 40-2011 — Eminent Domain Damages Unaffected.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 20 HIGHWAY RELOCATION ASSISTANCE 40-2011. Eminent domain damages unaffected. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as creating, in any condemnation proceedings brought under the power of eminent domain, any element of damages not in existence under the laws of the state of Idaho on July 1, 1985.
