TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 19 BEAUTIFICATION OF HIGHWAYS 40-1922. Dump permits — Renewal — Fee — Screening by owner. No person shall operate, establish, or maintain a dump, any portion of which is within one thousand (1,000) feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of any highway on the interstate or primary system without obtaining a permit from the board. The permit and each renewal shall be issued on a calendar year basis and shall expire on the 31st day of December following the date of issuance. A fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) shall be charged for each original permit or renewal permit which shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the highway distribution account.
