Idaho Code § 40-1921 — Requirements For License.

TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 19 BEAUTIFICATION OF HIGHWAYS 40-1921. Requirements for license. Licenses shall be granted for the operation of those junkyards within one thousand (1,000) feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of any highway on the interstate or primary system meeting the following requirements: (1)  Are screened by natural objects, plantings, fences or other appropriate means so as to render them invisible from the traveled way of the highway involved; or (2)  Located within areas which are zoned for industrial use under authority of state law or in unzoned industrial areas as determined by the board; or (3)  Are not visible from the main traveled way of the highway involved; or (4)  Are to be screened by the board as provided in section 40-313 (4), Idaho Code; or (5)  Are to be relocated, removed or disposed of by the board as provided in section 40-313 (4), Idaho Code.
