Idaho Code § 40-1920 — License — Renewal — Fee.

TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 19 BEAUTIFICATION OF HIGHWAYS 40-1920. License — Renewal — Fee. No person shall operate, establish, or maintain a junkyard, any portion of which is within one thousand (1,000) feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of any highway on the interstate or primary system without obtaining a license from the board. The license and each renewal shall be issued on a calendar year basis and shall expire on December 31 following the date of issuance. A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for each original license or renewal license which shall be deposited in the state treasury in the highway distribution account.
