Idaho Code § 40-1908 — Bond Of Out-Of-State Licensee Or Permittee.

TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 19 BEAUTIFICATION OF HIGHWAYS 40-1908. Bond of out-of-state licensee or permittee. When an application for a license or permit or for renewal is made by a nonresident or by a foreign corporation engaged in the business of outdoor advertising, the department in its discretion, as a condition to the issuance of a license or permit or renewal, may require the corporation to deposit with the department a bond in an amount and with surety to be approved by the department, to secure the corporation’s compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
