Idaho Code § 40-1803 — Order For Hearing Upon Petition.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 18 DISSOLUTION OF HIGHWAY DISTRICTS 40-1803. Order for hearing upon petition. The petition shall be filed with the clerk of the commissioners and at its next regular meeting, or at any special meeting called for that purpose, and the commissioners shall by an order fix a time and place for the hearing of the petition, which time shall not be less than twenty-one (21) days from and after the date of the first publication of the notice of the petition and hearing.
