Idaho Code § 40-1714 — Expenses Of Election.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 17 COUNTY HIGHWAY REORGANIZATION 40-1714. Expenses of election. In all counties where elections are held under the provisions of this chapter, commissioners shall pay expenses of the elections from the election fund of the county.
