Idaho Code § 40-1506 — Polling Places — Election Officers.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 15 CONSOLIDATION OF HIGHWAY DISTRICTS 40-1506. Polling places — Election officers. The commissioners of each county concerned shall meet within thirty (30) days, in either special or regular session and, by order, enter in their minutes and designate the polling places in each of the concerned highway districts situated in the county, and the county clerk shall appoint judges.
