Idaho Code § 40-1409 — Expenses Of Election.
TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 14 SINGLE COUNTY-WIDE HIGHWAY DISTRICTS 40-1409. Expenses of election. In all counties where elections are held under the provisions of this chapter, county commissioners shall pay expenses of the elections from the election fund of the county.
