Idaho Code § 40-1403 — Rejection Of Plan — Intervals For New Elections.

TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES CHAPTER 14 SINGLE COUNTY-WIDE HIGHWAY DISTRICTS 40-1403. Rejection of plan — Intervals for new elections. In any county where the question fails of adoption, another election may be called and held by the submission of petitions, but any subsequent election shall be held not oftener than two (2) years after the holding of any election submitting the question to the vote of the electorate.
