Idaho Code § 39-9507 — Construction.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 95 ABORTION COMPLICATIONS REPORTING ACT 39-9507. construction. (1) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to abortion. (2) It is not the intention of this chapter to make lawful an abortion that is currently unlawful.
