Idaho Code § 39-9105 — Behavioral Health Community Crisis Center Evaluation.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 91 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COMMUNITY CRISIS CENTERS 39-9105. BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COMMUNITY CRISIS CENTER EVALUATION. Each crisis center shall annually evaluate the effectiveness and cost efficacy of its center and submit a report of findings to the department of health and welfare by August 1 of each year. The department shall annually report findings of the crisis center evaluations to germane committees of the Idaho legislature.
