Idaho Code § 39-703 — Immunity.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 7 SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST 39-703. immunity. Any person who reasonably administers CPR or reasonably renders emergency care using an AED, without remuneration or expectation of remuneration, at the scene of an accident or emergency to a victim of the accident or emergency shall not be liable for any civil damages resulting from the person’s acts or omissions. The immunity provided by this section shall not apply to acts or omissions amounting to gross negligence or willful, wanton, or reckless misconduct.
