Idaho Code § 39-6717 — Savings Clause.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 67 REGIONAL AIR QUALITY COUNCIL ACT 39-6717. Savings clause. Nothing in this chapter shall alter or affect the provisions of section 39-114 , Idaho Code, on the open burning of crop residue.
