Application Fee

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 61 IDAHO CONRAD J-1 VISA WAIVER AND NATIONAL INTEREST WAIVER PROGRAMS 39-6113. Application fee. At the time the application is submitted to the department, an administrative fee must be paid to the department by the applicant. The fee amount will be determined by the director of the department, will not be less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for a J-1 visa waiver request, and three hundred fifty dollars ($350) for a national interest waiver request, and may be revised at the beginning of the state fiscal year by the director based on costs to administer the program. The fee is nonrefundable.
