Idaho Code § 39-5811 — Expansion, Enlargement Or Alteration Of Treatment, Storage, Or Disposal Facility — Review — Siting Licenses.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 58 HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY SITING 39-5811. Expansion, enlargement or alteration of treatment, storage, or disposal facility — Review — Siting licenses. (1) A hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility in existence on July 1, 1985, shall not require a review under the provisions of this chapter. (2) The expansion, enlargement, or alteration of a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility in existence on July 1, 1985, constitutes a new proposal for which a siting license is required.
