Idaho Code § 39-5809 — Permits And Licenses — Issuance Prior To Adoption Of Plan.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 58 HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY SITING 39-5809. Permits and licenses — Issuance prior to adoption of plan. The director may issue permits under the provisions of chapter 44, title 39 , Idaho Code, or licenses pursuant to this chapter, for existing or proposed hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facilities and other authorized operations before the adoption of the plan by the committee.
