Idaho Code § 39-5404 — Restrictions On Semen Donations.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 54 ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION 39-5404. Restrictions on semen donations. No semen shall be donated for use in artificial insemination by any person who: (1)  Has any disease or defect known by him to be transmissible by genes; or (2)  Knows or has reason to know he has a venereal disease.
