Idaho Code § 39-5312 — Rules.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 53 ADULT ABUSE, NEGLECT AND EXPLOITATION ACT 39-5312. Rules. The director of the commission shall have the authority to adopt, promulgate and enforce such rules as he deems necessary in carrying out the provisions of this chapter, subject to the provisions of chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code.
