Idaho Code § 39-5205 — Appointment And Term Of Office.

TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 52 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROJECT GRANTS 39-5205. Appointment and term of office. Each member of the council shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years, except that of the members first appointed; two (2) shall be appointed for a term of one (1) year, two (2) shall be appointed for a term of two (2) years, and three (3) shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years. If a vacancy occurs, a new member shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the original appointment for the unexpired portion of the vacated term. Members may be replaced because of poor attendance, lack of participation in the council’s work, or malfeasance in office.
