Idaho Code § 39-502 — Governing Board.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 5 AQUIFER PROTECTION DISTRICTS 39-502. Governing board. For purposes of this chapter, the term "governing board" means the board of county commissioners of a county creating, or participating in, an aquifer protection district or multicounty aquifer protection district.
