Idaho Code § 39-5006 — Grants And Gifts.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 50 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR DISPLACED HOMEMAKER ACT 39-5006. Grants and gifts. The director of the center may, with approval of the administrator, apply for and accept any funds, grants, gifts or services made available by any agency or department of the federal government or any private agency or individual, which funds shall be used to carry out the total program of the centers.
