Idaho Code § 39-414A — Audit Of Health District Finances.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 4 PUBLIC HEALTH DISTRICTS 39-414A. Audit of health district finances. It shall be the duty of each district board of health to cause to be made a full and complete audit of all the financial transactions of the health district no less frequently than every two (2) years. Such audit shall be in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and procedures. The district board of health shall include all necessary expenses for such audit in its budget.
