Idaho Code § 39-4001 — Enforcement Of Law.
TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 40 MANUFACTURED HOMES — STANDARDS 39-4001. Enforcement of law. The administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. It shall be the responsibility and duty of the factory built structures advisory board to assist the administrator in the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter as hereinafter provided.
